Music and lyrics rights:
All rights to the uploaded demo songs remain with the original artists. Yourtourineurope.com will not claim any rights.
Who can enter our competition?
Any band or artist, regardless of the type of music they play, can join our competition, provided that all band members are at least 18 years old.
Costs:
For uploading a MP3 demo song we charge 25 US Dollars per file. This will cover our costs to have David evaluate the demo, part of the costs for the tour and costs for our webserver.
Demos:
Demo songs should be in MP3 format. The maximum allowed file size is 7 MB, so make sure that your demo songs are not too long. Also make sure that the filname does not contain any special characters or fullstops, except for the fullstop before the extension (.mp3 or .MP3).
Evaluation:
All uploaded demo songs will be evaluated professionally by David Barreto and his team. Each band/artist will receive an evaluation by email with comments, pointers and tips.
Competition:
Each band/artist that uploads one or more demo songs will automatically enter the competition. On April 10th 2010 David will announce the winner on this website. The winning band/artist will receive an invitation for the tour with all the details. David and his team will plug the best 4 bands/artists in Europe and try to sign them up with a European record label.
Exclusion:
All family members up to the second degree of our yourtourineurope.com team members are excluded from the competition.
